Study on Quality Standard for Jiegendonghua Tablets

Abstract

Objective To establish the method for quality control of Jiegendonghua Tablets.Methods Radix Platycodonis,Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC,and the content of Glycyrrhizic acid in Radix Glycyrrhizae was determined by HPLC.Results Glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.186 6～1.679 4 μg,r=0.999 97.The average recovery was 98.70%,and RSD= 0.77%.Conclusion The methods are accurate and reliable,and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
