Abstract

Tungsten-based catalyst Sn-doped was developed which was employed to catalyze the synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone oxidized. The effects of various factors such as catalyst dosage,30% hydrogen peroxide dosage, reaction time, acidic ligand, and reusability of the catalyst were all investigated. The results indicated that preparation catalyst condition indicated n( W) ∶ n( Sn) = 1. 8 ∶ 1,calcinating at500 ℃ for 4 h. The optimal reaction conditions were that 100 mmol cyclohexanone,50 mL 30% H2O2,1. 0 g catalyst SnO2/WO3,the yield of adipic acid could reach 78.4%. The catalyst possesses advantages of highly active, easily to operate. It also can be reused to a certain extent.
