Abstract
A method was proposed to determine adenosine in mycelium of cultured cordyceps sinensis yiqixue oral solution by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Adenosine could be seperated on Kromasil C18 column, using methanol-acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1KH2PO4(5:5:90) as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,and then detected at 260nm.The concentration of adenosine showed a good linear relationship from 8 to 200 μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 8) and the average recovery was 96.8%.
