Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the nursing efficacy of four-handed technique in Orthodontic GC cementation of resin modified Glass ionomer cements. Method:44 orthodontic patients wrere randomly divided into two groups, both given cementation of resin modifed glass ionomer cements. The control group was given regular nursing, experiement group was given four-handed technique. Expulsion rate of the bonding of orthodontic brackets was taken down for appraisal. Result:Four-handed technique shortens operation time by the chair, increases working efficiency, allievate patients' pain, lower the recurrence rate. Conclusion:Therefore four-handed technique should be advocated.
