Reflections on National Sovereignty in Globalization

Abstract

There are two opposite kinds of trend on sovereignty in globalization:weakening and strengthening. The two kinds of trend are unified in national sovereignty. This is determined by the characteristics of sovereignty:absolute sovereignty and relative sovereignty. The attitudes of every sovereign states are the key to the sovereign rights in globalization.
