A Comparative Study on the Offensive and Defensive Abilities of Chinese Men's Handball Team and Rival Teams in 16~(th) Asian Games

Abstract

A comparative analysis is done on the offensive and defensive abilities of Chinese men's handball team and rival teams by means of documentation,statistics,and comparative study.The results show that China is generally weaker in the offence and defense and in the crucial shot and basic offensive and defensive skills.Besides,China is slower in shifting between offence and defense.However,China is evidently superior in the inside scoring ability and a bit stronger in efficiency of offence.The two teams are on a par with each other in defensive ability.Hereby,four reasonable propositions are raised.
