Foreignization and domestication in cultural communication

The principle of foreignization and domestication in translation has been the focus for almost a decade.Scholars have been working on this topic from various perspectives.The author of this paper analyses from the perspective of cultural communication and stresses the importance of foreignization in process of cultural globalization.Meanwhile,she points out that effective translation should be based on the necessary complement of domestication.Then the author makes a preliminary analysis of the margin between foreignization and domestication.
