Abstract
CEMHYD3D is the most representative computer simulation system of cement hydration in the world. In this paper, the modeling and simulation process of CEMHYD3D is analyzed, the hydration process of CCRL Cement 133 at different water-to-cement ratios is simulated with CEMHYD3D, and several properties, such as the hydration heat, the hydration degree, the variation of the reactant and the product are predicted. The simulation results are very similar to the regularity which is revealed by the experiment, and this software is valuable especially for the research on the cement hydration mechanism.
