Abstract
CuO-ZrO2-La2O3/ZSM-5 compound supported catalyst was prepared using CuO and ZrO2 as the main activated components,La2O3 as electronic auxiliary agent and ZSM-5 as carrier, and it was used in catalytic wet oxidation treatment of high concentration organic wastewater from dimethyl acetylsuccinate(DMAS) production. The experimental results indicate that this catalyst has a higher activity when treating this wastewater. The removal rate of COD is up to 98.2% when the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: catalyst dosage 10 g/L,pH of wastewater 7.4,reaction temperature 230 ℃,oxygen partial pressure 3.0 MPa and reaction time 120 min.In addition, this catalyst can be reused and exhibits good stability. After it is used 15 times, the removal rate of COD still maintains at about 91%,and the dissolved Cu2+ in the effluent is only about 0.8 mg/L.
