Abstract

Pushkin constructs a world with a vague concept of good and evil by his narration. With no absolute good this is a world where good often contains some evil; With no absolute evil, it is also a world where evil often conceives some good. In fact good and evil can exchange with each other here, which means that good motives lead to evil result or evil motives lead to good result and that motives and result can change from good to evil or vice versa.
