On the Technology Spillover Effects of FDI in China:An Analysis from the Perspective of Industry Linkage

Abstract

Several factors constrain the technology spillover effects of FDI in China- among which the linkage between domestic industry and foreign is one of the most important factors. This paper analyzes the importance of industry linkage to the technology spillover effects of FDI- and the status quo of industry linkage between domestic enterprises and foreign TNCs. The paper then suggests some countermeasures.
