Abstract

Practical teaching system and the construction of the training base is a very important part of the higher vocational school.It is also the concrete embody of the characteristics of higher vocational ed-ucation.Exploring the reforming method in educational investment,training system,the construction of law and regulation is necessary to study the foreign experiences of the practical teaching system and the con-struction of the training base.
