Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical characters and experiences of the frontal lobe brain contusion.Methods Analyze the data of 213 cases with the frontal lobe brain contusion retrospectively.Results 54 cases were performed under emergency operations in 213 patients.During nonoperative patients in early stage,4 cases were changed into surgery in 9 cases with GCS 3~8.40 were changed into surgery in 59 cases with GCS 9~12分.31 were changed into surgery in 91 cases with GCS 12~15分.23 died.Conclusion To perform an adequate management as soon as possible should under the close clinical observations for the frontal lobe brain contusion.In order to increase cure rate and decrease mortality, operation immediately should be done when had indications.
