In our national current laws,the regulations to compensation scopes existed in national land expropriation are very narrow and vague.Generally speaking,there are three defects: no description to compensation to indirect loss;no description to compensation to rights of contract for management of land;no complete compensation to the losses of social insurance rights of peasants who lose their contracted lands.Therefore,they need perfect.
