Abstract

In order to research influence of earthworms(Eisenia foetide) on degradation dynamics of acetochlor and butachlor in soil, using the modelling method, compared with earthworms' and without those activities, this paper researched the degradation dynamics of acetochlor and butachlor in soil. The results showed that the concentration of herbicide and the activity of earthworms influenced the degradation speed of acetochlor and butachlor in soil. The hali-life of acetochlor and butachlor in soil decreased with the increasing of concentration of herbicides. The activity of earthworms can accelerate the degradation of acetochlor and butachlor with the same concentration of acetochlor and butachlor. The T1/2 of acetochlor and butachlor in soil reduced 2.2 to 2.3 d and 1.1 to 1.3 d respectively.
