Abstract

The paper carried out a study of different substrates and different concentrations of auxin effect on Ponulus hopeiensis Hu rooting cuttings.The result showed that there was an obvious role for improving rooting when using the mixed substrate of 50% garden soil + 30% riversand + 20% perlite and treated with cuttings with concentration of 600 mg/L NAA.
