Measurement error and measurement uncertainty similarities,differences and easily-confused problem

The similarities and differences of measurement error and measurement uncertainty were discussed.According to the easily-confused problems,own view point was put forward.It was pointed out that using measurement uncertainty or using measurement error to evaluation measurement results,should be determined according to the application scope,situation,level,demand and cost.
