Abstract

The article used content analysis to analyze the papers between 1995to 2012pubilshde in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)about agricultural science and technology achievements industrialization,and explained comprehensively the influence factor of agricultural science and technology achievements industrialization from five subjects like IP approval mechanism,incentive system,interest allocation mechanism,docking mechanism of supply and demand and evaluation mechanism,then pointed out the deficiencies of the existing research on agricultural science and technology achievements industrialization,providing references for the follow-up study.
