Abstract
As an effective approach to prepare polymers having high affinity and selectivity towards target molecule(imprinted molecule or template molecule), molecular imprinting technique has promising applications in separation and analysis, biomimetic sensor and enzymatic catalysis. The fundamental principle of molecular imprinting technique, preparation and characteristics of molecularly imprinted polymers and application fields and development tendency of molecular imprinting technique are briefly discussed.
