Abstract
The social ideal represented in Lao She’s novels deviate not in the least to folk realistic basis which bring strong pragmatism color and tragedy style. The folk ideal statement in Lao She’s novels represent the individuality and universality under the present age of China, which formed the contemporary literature pursuit and expression different ideal significations.
