Abstract
A simple, rapid and effective method, the spectrophotometry with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME-UV-Vis) was developed for the extraction and determination of malachite green in environmental water samples. The factors relevant to the microextraction efficiency, such as the type and volume of dispersion agent and extraction solvents, extraction time and so on were optimized.Under the optimized extraction conditions, the linear response of the method was in the range of 8—1000μg/L(r=0.9992),and the relative standard deviation(RSD) for 100μg/L of malachite green was 4.1%(n=6).The detection limit was 4.20μg/L.The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace amount of malachite green in three kinds of real environmental water samples with recovery in the range of 74.7%—108.2%(n=5).This method is suitable for the determination of trace amount of malachite green in environmental water samples.
