Abstract
The berberine hydrochloride content was measured by use of cucurbit(n) urils(n=8) sensitizing effect of the fluorescence.Under the conditions of V=700,λ ex =345.07nm,λ em =498.07nm,the result shows that the berberine hydrochloride has a good linear relationship between 2×10-8 mol/L and 1×10-5 mol/L,the sample's rate of recovery is 97 % ~ 103 %,RSD 1.5%.The method can be used for quality control of the preparation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
