Analysis on the Evaluation Highway Environmental Protection and Effect

Abstract

This paper analyses and probes into highway instruction and environmental protection,and then sums up the key issues and measures in the course of highway construction and the environmental protection during its service.It also fully states the evaluation system and methods about environmental effect and puts forward some opinions by comparing the highway environmental protection abroad.
