Abstract
Previous single factor test results indicated that temperature,pH value and inoculating quantity were the key factors influencing cellulase yield of Phoma putaminum LYYZ90-19.Based on previous study, response surface method was applied to construct two degree polynomial regression models of the three key factors with cellulase activity as response values, and Design Expert software was used to optimize these models. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: temperature,pH and inoculating quantity were 27.4 ℃,6.88 and 6.75 % respectively.Under the optimum conditions, the produced cellulase activity was as high as(18.21±0.3) U/mL.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
