Abstract
The flammulina velutipes polysaccharides(FVP) can do good to human's health in many ways.In the research,we isolate flammulina velutipes polysaccharides by means of Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction.A uni-variable and orthogonal experiment are adopted to analyze the influence of proportion of extractor and solution,temperature of immersion,the amount of cellulose added,and the time span of enzymolysis on the amount of extraction.Accordingly,the research works out an optimal technique for extracting flammulina velutipes polysaccharides.It is hoped that the technique can benefit development and production of health food which can give full play of Flammulina Velutipes' efficacy.
