Abstract

Microstructure, mechanical properties, precipitation size and grain boundaries angles in laboratory developed X100 pipeline steel coiling at 300 ℃ 、350 ℃ 、400 ℃ were studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile test, complex and EBSD.Results show that with the coiling temperature increasing, the strength of the steel decreases, elongation and toughness increase.Microstructure of the steel mainly consists of acicular ferrite(AF),granular bainite(GB),lath bainite(LB) and M/A islands.Precipitates mainly consist of Nb/Ti(C,N).Based on the microstructure of rolled plates, mechanical properties, the microstructure and mechanical properties of tested steel coiling at 300-350 ℃ can reach X100 pipeline steel's level.
