Abstract
With the globalization moving forward, tourism industry is recently playing a more and more prominent role in promoting the economic development throughoutthe world. Owing to this, It is imperative for us to draw up a sound and strategic plan to make our tourism industry develop healthily and rapidly. The paper, taking the Gansu's development industry as an example, tries to make an experimental research on the feasibilities, existing problems and some strategic considerations of the tourism development in less-developed areas.
