Abstract
This article analyzes the causes that food safety standards in developed countries have become the main TBT on the china's food export.Then combined with China's food exports,this article analyzes the influence of food safety standards on the china's food export by using of survey data.Because of the protection of food industry has been the focus of trade protection in developed countries and the awareness of health protection makes the consumer's requirement of food safety standards are more and more stringent,but the food safety standards are non-standard and the food safety assessment are late start in China,the food export of China is restricted by the food safety standards.And then offers the counter-measures to this issue,such as mastering foreign new laws and regulations,implementing standardization of certification as well as changing production patterns and concepts,etc.
