Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effective factors of internal fixation device on bone nonunion after ulna and radius facture. Methods:A total of 64 patients with bone nonunion after ulna and radius facture were retrospectively selected to compare the effective factors of internal fixation device.Results:31(48.44%) patients with bone nonunion were caused by internal fixation device, including inappropriate selection in 12(19.75%) cases and improper usage in 19(29.69%) cases. Conclusion:Inappropriate selection and improper usage of internal fixation device are still important iatrogenic factors for bone nonunion patients after ulna and radius fracture.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
