Abstract

Objective:To establish the standard of complex prescription capsule of Folium Pyrrosiae.Methods:Use the TLC to discriminate the Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and the Radix Astragali.And then,use HPLC to determine the contents of sophocarpidine.Results:The Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and the Radix Astragali can be detected by TLC.Sophocarpidine were linear respectively over the range of 0.141～1.410μg,r=0.9999.The corresponding mean recovery rate was with RSD.Conclusion:the method was simple,feasible,accurate,highly sensitive and reliable.
