Abstract
Compared to the previous generations of lighting,white LEDs as the novelty illumination light source have many advantages,such as the high luminous efficiency,long life,energy saving,etc. In the present work,we summarize the results of phosphors which can be excited by the UV-near ultraviolet light was summarized,and analyze the progress of the phosphors which can be used to white LEDs was anaylzed,while the development of the phosphors was forecasted.
