Abstract

Lenin's new economic policy can be refered as a glorious Marxist model in the new phase of keeping up with the times. It is an important development and practical innovation of Marxist socialist construction. Lenin's personality, research method and theoretical innovation have been studied in establishing the new economic policy. It is of great significance to construct a harmonious society in our primary socialist stage.
