Abstract

The effect and the time of microwave sterilization are related to microwave power. The thermal effects and the non-thermal effects all contribute to microwave sterilization. This article focuses on discussing the effect of sterilization when using microwave heating or ordinary heating. And the effect of sterilization when using microwave heating between 29.0℃ and 72.0℃ is better than that when using ordinary heating which is that non-thermal effects of microwave disinfection functions; Temperature 67.2℃ in the following, the microwave radiation sterilization continued better than the interruption of radiation sterilization effect.
