Abstract
In order to achieve innocuity and resourceful treatment of biogas slurry,S.platensis was cultivated in biogas slurry to study growth conditions of S.platensis and purification effect of biogas slurry. The results showed that the appropriate temperature and illumination intensity for S.platensis was 30℃and 4 000lx,respectively.The S.platensis grew hardly at high concentrations(0and 5times)of biogas slurry, while available at low concentrations(8,10and 20times)and the nitrogen, phosphorus, and organics could be wiped off.Among that,in the 1/10dilution liquid, the S.platensis had the largest biomass and the outlet water effect was the best. The removal efficiency of TN,TP and CODcr were 88.9%,84.1% and 83.5%,respectively.Above results showed that S.platensis can be grown in the biogas slurry and biogas slurry can be purified effectively.
