Discussion on Ji-Kang's Health Preserving Thought and Its Metaphysic Characteristics

Abstract

Health preserving is an important life style of celebrities such as Ji Kang during Wei and Jin Dynasties.Ji Kang's health preserving thought has the characteristic of both Confucianism and Taoism,inheriting the idea of metaphysics.Breaking the Confucian ethical code and letting things in the course of nature just shows the metaphysics' characteristic of mixing Confucianism and Daoism together.The metaphysic characteristics of Ji Kang's health preserving thought includes the contradiction of ideological basis,the super-experience of topic,the deduction of inference,and the speculativity of demonstration.
