Abstract
From the teaching point of the management courses for the four－year students majoring in Business Administration,this paper analyses the problems arising from the teaching of the management courses at present and puts forward the effective ways to solve the problems so as to get better results of teaching．At the same time,the paper points out that the teaching reform is a systematic project．
