Abstract

The Central Committee of the Party set the goal of building a harmonious society which needs forceful spirit support and good condition.In this paper,the author dissertates how to make the construction of harmonious culture and the construction stimulate one another for common development in the course of the history of constructing a socialist harmonious society.
