Abstract
Soybean Dongnong47 and Dongnong48 were used for experiment materials.Effects of UV-B enhancement on soybean photosynthetic pigments under drought stress were determined. The results showed that the contents of soybean's photosynthetic pigments were reduced observably under drought stress conditions. The effect of enhancement of UV-B radiation on photosynthetic pigments of the two varieties of soybean was different. With the enhancement of UV-B radiation, the antagonistic effect of drought stress on photosynthetic pigments of Dongnong47 was observed, but it was disadvantage for the chlorophyll a and carotenoid of Dongnong48.
