Abstract

Confucian management thought is the power and spiritual source for the management of the Chinese nation.Management theoretical system of humanity and harmony and courtesy and justice is the basic spirit and the symbol of Confucian culture.Today,the critical succession of Confucian management thought is of great reference significance,for establishing and improving the socialist market system and forming a new management system with Chinese characteristics.
