An enterprise has to make the best of its all economic resources , be good at the evaluation of business management ability and improve its management ability, if the enterprise aims to keep alive and developing .this thesis analyses the meaning of the business management ability and introduces the rules , contents and methods of business management ability ,which will be very significant to the reinforcement of business management, the improvement of enterprises competition ability and the promotion of enterprises further development.
