Abstract
With the development of biology technique, many good DNA molecular markers have been created. These molecular markers provide useful means to the study in Conservation Biology. In this view, this paper introduced some kinds of DNA molecular markers and their characteristics, viz.,Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms(RFLP),Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD),Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism(AFLP),Minisatellite DNA,and Microsatellite DNA (SSR),etc. And in Conservation Biology,DNA molecular markers are widely applied in genetic diversity, genetic management, systematic relationships, gender identification, etc.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
