Abstract

Objective:To evaluate three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3-DCRT) and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with Aixiao Ruanganjian(AXRGJ) in treating primary herpatic carcinoma. Methods:One hundred and twenty four patients with primary herpatic carcinoma were randomly divided into 3-DCRT and TACE combining with AXRGJ group(n=41),3-DCRT combining with TACE group(n=44),and TACE alone group(n=39).The clinical effect, immunifunction and adverse reaction in the three groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate in 3-DCRT and TACE combining with AXRGJ group was 80.5%,3-DCRT combining with TACE group was 77.3%,while TACE group was 53.8%,respectively,comparison of the criteria the three groups show signicant difference(P0.05).The median survival time,6-month,12-month and 24-month survival rate in the 3-DCRT and TACE combining with AXRGJ group was 352 days,80.5%,43.9%,14.6%.The 3-DCRT combining with TACE group was 341 days,77.3%,40.9%,13.6%.The TACE group was 281 days,53.8%,28.2%,7.7%,respectively,comparison the three groups show signicant difference(P0.05).The improvent of immunifunction in the 3-DCRT and TACE combining with AXRGJ group was superior to other two groups (P0.05).The occurrence of adverse reations such as decreasing of leucocyte, platelet and hemoglobin, nausea and vomiting were obviously lower in the 3-DCRT and TACE combining with AXRGJ group than other two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Three-DCRT and TACE combined with AXRGJ have affirmative clinical effect in treacting mid-advanced primary herpatic carcinoma with few adverse reactions which was to lerable to patients.
