Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilation for acute respiratory failure in recent years. Methods:To choose patients of acute respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilator in 2006 and 2009.Record patients HR,RR,PO2,PCO2,PH and SpO2 before and 24 hours after the noninvasive ventilator was used, and compare the therapeutic validity. Results:compare with patients in 2006,patients of acute respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilator has good therapeutic effects in 2009.Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator has good therapeutic effects and promising prospects in the treatment of acute respiratory failure diseases.
