Abstract
Objective:gfp gene was cloned to pGEM3Z-f(+) vector. Methods:gfp gene was obtained by PCR and inserted into pGEM3Z-f(+) vector. One colony of E.coli DH5α containing. Results: The recombinant plasmid effuses yellow and green fluorescence in sunlight. It also form blue colony in presence of substrate X-gal.on LB solid culture medium. Conclusion:This indicates that a gfp-lacZ fusion gene was obtained. The product of the fusion gene not only has GFP activity, but also keeps β-galcosidase activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
