Abstract
The patent strategy is an important component of enterprise's operation strategy, and the patent information strategy, the patent development strategy, the patent application strategy, the patent trade strategy and the patent action strategy are some basic strategies used by the enterprise most frequently. Starting from some typical cases, this paper analyzes on the application of the patent strategy in the enterprise.
