Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between leukocyte concentrations and major parameter of semen. Methods:Countting for concentration of white blood cell(WBC) in semen and to carry out correlation analysis with semen major parameters.Semen WBC≥1×106/ml set up into groupⅠ,semen WBC1×106/ml set up into groupⅡ.Results:Semen concentration(×106/ml),motility(%),a+b grade motility(%),sperm acrosin reaction positive rate(%) and hyposmotic swelling rate(%) in group Ⅰ were observed to be lower evidencely compared to group Ⅱ,In addtion, higher abnormal morphological sperm and AsAb positive rate were observed in groupⅠthan in group Ⅱ.Conclusion:Increasing of Semen WBC concentrations should decrease sperm quality significantly.
