Abstract
A detection method of viable but non-culturable bacteria by fluorescence microscopy was established with SYTO9 and PI instead of Acridine Orange and Nalidixic Acid, ink instead of Iraq black,in order to simpli-fy operation process and overcome shortcoming including narrow scope of application, inaccurate observation re-sult,and inconvenient drawing materials. The mothod resolved the technical problems in VBNC and improved the level of operation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
