Abstract
The electroporation conditions of primary porcine fibroblasts were studied using the EGFP-N1 genes as target gene. The results showed that the transfection efficiency was the best when 4 mg/m L p EGFP-N1 was added and it was pulsed 3 ms under 1 200 V/cm voltage.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
