Abstract
The Western Development is the greatest project in this century and the Financing Scheme provides the impetus.It is very important to chose proper financing scheme between financing in the capital market and project financing,direct financing and indirect financing,BOT and TOT and other schemes,which is significant to the development of enterprises in the western areas and infrastructure construction.
