Finance to Advance Qinghai Economy Structural Adjustment Countermeasures

In the underdeveloped western provinces of Qinghai,this question is particularly outstanding.In this paper,based on the situation in Qinghai and practical,comprehensive use of the fiscal policy and theory,how to speed up the transformation of economic development mode of Qinghai Promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,put forward some tentative ideas.The article points out that,to accelerate the transformation of mode of economic development in Qinghai,promoting the adjustment of economic structure of Qinghai,the successful implementation of Qinghai industry transition upgrades,must combine the use of fiscal policy and other related policies,in an effort to improve the overall efficiency of the financial policy,as far as possible to play the greatest effectiveness of policy.
